Joint Sealing is when a Rubber Gasket is used with Retaining bands, to seal off a pipe joint. The retaining bands are hydraulically pressed against the rubber, conforming and expanding to the pipe's surface. This application creates a bottle-tight seal when properly installed.

Seals are commonly used to prevent/stop Joint Infiltration and Exfiltration. Other uses include Covering Rolled Gaskets, Small Holes, Capping off old services, lift hole coverage, Circumferential Cracking, Lead Poured Joints, among others. Seal Diameter and Width Size are made custom per application.

Grouting involves injecting specialized materials into pipeline voids and cracks to enhance structural stability, minimizing the risk of leaks. Internal concrete repair focuses on renewing inner surfaces of concrete pipelines, restoring efficiency and preventing hazardous conditions.

Critical Pipeline Repair offers Hands On Inspections, meaning we evaluate each pipeline with First Hand Observation. We set two categories for our Inspections, Preventative and Active (Described Below). Each inspection is thoughtfully carried out and Documented. Inspections include Comprehensive Footages, Pipe Joint Quantity, Hands on Video Recording, and an overall outlook on the condition of the pertaining pipeline. The Inspection is Documented in an inspection report, laying out pertinent information.

• Preventative Inspections are generally achieved when a Pipeline is having a scheduled shutdown, or in which case other work is being performed. Meaning there is not believed to be an active leak.

• Active Inspections are achieved when there is a known Leak or other issue within the pipeline. Other Issues often include, Grout/Concrete Loss, Rolled Gaskets, Circumferential/Longitudinal Cracking, and a wide array of other reasonings.

End Seals are designed to seal off the gap between the Host Pipe and the newly installed (CIPP) Cure In Place Pipe. This application ensures that the Gap, be it large or small, is sealed off from Infiltration & Exfiltration. End Seals are custom-made to fit the Host Pipe ID and the Liner ID. Exact Measurements are crucial, for a proper fit. Ends are designed for 12” Pipe and larger
